A cross-border practice built around international clients.
SPAINLAWYER advises people and companies whose plans span more than one country: moving to Spain, buying here, establishing a business, or acquiring one. The common thread is not a practice area — it is the need for Spanish law explained in a way that supports a decision.

How we work
Every matter starts with an assessment, not a filing. We would rather tell you that a route has closed, or that your plan needs a different structure, than take on work that will fail six months later.
Advice is delivered in writing, in English, with the practical consequence first and the legal reasoning behind it. Scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
We keep the practice deliberately small so the lawyer who assesses your case is the lawyer who runs it — and so immigration, property and corporate questions are seen as one client situation rather than three files.

Frequently asked questions
- Are you a Spanish law firm?
- Yes. We are Spanish-qualified legal professionals advising international clients in English on Spanish law.
- Do you work with advisers in my country?
- Regularly. Cross-border matters work better when the Spanish workstream is delivered in a form your existing counsel and accountants can use.
- How do you charge?
- Fixed fees for defined scopes wherever possible, agreed in writing before work begins. Transactional and contested work is quoted by phase.
