Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up a company in Spain?
Weeks rather than months, provided NIEs, powers of attorney and the bank account are sequenced correctly. Those are usually the constraint, not the incorporation itself.
Do directors need to be resident in Spain?
Not generally, but non-resident directors need NIEs and there are practical banking and signing considerations we plan for.
