Frequently asked questions

Can I run a business on any residence permit?
No. Some permits do not authorise self-employment or business activity, and breaching that jeopardises renewal. This is checked first.
Do I need a Spanish resident partner?
No. Foreign nationals can hold 100% of a Spanish company.
